- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems

- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our written permission

- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to submit lead forms or interact with the Site

3. REQUESTING AN ESTIMATE / LEAD FORMS

When you submit a form on the Site (including but not limited to the "Get Free Estimate" form), you are requesting that California Bathrooms or its authorized representatives contact you regarding your inquiry. By submitting a form, you represent that:

- You are the owner of the phone number and email address provided, or are authorized to provide them

- You are at least 18 years of age

- You consent to be contacted by California Bathrooms via phone, text message (SMS), and/or email at the contact information provided, including by automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages, for purposes of scheduling estimates and following up on your inquiry, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry

Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from California Bathrooms. 4. ESTIMATES, PRICING, AND FINANCING

Any pricing, promotional offers, financing terms, or project timelines displayed on the Site (including in our Pricing Guide) are estimates only and are provided for general informational purposes. They do not constitute a binding quote or contract. Final pricing, scope of work, and project timelines will be set forth in a written contract signed by both parties following an in-home consultation and measurement.

Financing, where offered, is provided through third-party lending partners and is subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms and conditions. California Bathrooms is not a lender and does not guarantee approval or specific financing terms.

5. REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS

Reviews and testimonials displayed on the Site are sourced from actual customers via Google, Yelp, and other third-party review platforms and reflect the individual experiences of those customers. Individual results may vary. We do not edit customer reviews for content, though we may select which reviews to feature.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, before/after photos, the "Crafted to Zero" name, mark, and process, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of California Bathrooms, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
